Controller and purpose
The data controller is Sazaro, Sašo Kolman s.p., Srednja Bistrica 25, 9232 Črenšovci, Slovenia, registration number (matična številka): 7327889000, tax number (davčna številka): 48617598 (not a VAT payer). Contact: info@sazaro.si. To answer your inquiry, the form collects your name, email, store URL, selected package, order type and message. This data is used to handle your inquiry and to agree on a possible collaboration.
Where your inquiry goes
The form sends data to the existing Google Apps Script service. It records the inquiry in an internal Google spreadsheet and sends an email notification. Hosting and delivery providers may keep technical request logs. Personal form fields are not sent to GA4, Google Ads, or Meta events.
Measurement and user choice
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) for visit statistics. It uses Google Consent Mode v2: all consent states (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are denied by default, and the Google Analytics script loads only after you allow analytics in the cookie settings. Until you allow analytics, no visit data is sent to Google. Advertising tags (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) are currently not active; if they are added, they will load only after you consent to advertising and will be listed on the cookies page. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Details are on the cookies and settings page.
Attribution and retention
With the relevant consent, visit-source tags and advertising identifiers may be stored for up to 90 days. First and last attribution are added to the inquiry. Your consent choice is stored for up to six months. Google stores Google Analytics data for 14 months. Inquiries are kept for 24 months after the last contact, unless the inquiry leads to a contract; in that case, data is kept as long as accounting and tax law requires (invoices for 10 years).
Your requests
For access, correction, deletion, or another data request, email info@sazaro.si. You can reopen optional measurement settings in the footer and withdraw consent. This technical description does not replace a legal review of the notice, provider agreements, or potential data transfers.
