What drives the cost of ad creative?
With static Meta ads you mostly pay for research, selling angles, copy and design. One creative is rarely enough: a useful test needs several concepts and several executions of each, or you won't know what worked.

If you need video, shoots, campaign management and strategy in one place, a monthly retainer can make sense. If your campaigns already run and you mainly need fresh statics to test, you pay only for what you use.
